Lawn Barber Pro is provided by LAWN BARBER PRO LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Lawn Barber Pro application.
1. Information You Enter
The service request form may contain the following information:
- Full name — required; used to identify the service request.
- Phone number — required; used as contact information within the request details.
- Property address — required; used to describe the property connected to the request.
- Preferred service date — required; used to record the requested date.
- Selected service or care package — required; used to identify the lawn or property-care option chosen in the app.
- Notes — optional; used for additional instructions or property details you choose to provide.
2. Storage and Transmission
Completed request details are stored on your device so they can be displayed in the Service History section. The app does not include a backend server, remote database, user-account system, Firebase, analytics service, advertising SDK, tracking SDK, or online payment gateway. Completing a request in the app does not transmit the entered request details to LAWN BARBER PRO LLC, a service provider, or an external server.
3. Retention and Deletion
Saved request details remain on the device until you use the Clear service history option, clear the app's storage through Android settings, or uninstall the application.
4. Payments and Sensitive Information
The app does not request or store full payment card numbers, CVV or CVC codes, card PINs, passwords, identity documents, or online-banking credentials.
5. Device Features and Permissions
The app does not use precise location, camera, microphone, media access, authentication, or push notifications. The Contact Us feature can open an installed email application when you choose Email Support. Any information you enter into that external email application is handled by the email provider according to its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Data Sharing
The app does not sell or share saved service-request details with advertisers or analytics providers. Because service-request information is stored on the device and is not transmitted by the app, it is not automatically shared with the company through the request-completion flow.
7. Security
Information saved on the device is subject to the security of the device and operating system. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Lawn Barber Pro is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian should supervise any information entered into the service request form.
9. Your Choices
You can choose not to complete a service request. Optional notes may be left blank. You can also clear saved service history at any time using the in-app control.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's functionality or data practices change. An updated effective date will be shown when changes are made.
